Welcome!

RALLY DAY
SEPTEMBER 12, 2010

A big tailgate party is being planned to kick off Sunday school this fall. Whether you participate in our Sunday school program or would like to learn more about what is available, we welcome you to help us kick off our fall start up with a bang.

We will meet in the parking lot on Sunday, September 12, at 9:00 A.M. where we will encourage class members to be available to answer questions regarding their class. As you can’t have a party without refreshments: juice, Danish, and doughnuts will be available for all.
At about 9:25 A.M., we will encourage all to adjourn to their respective classrooms so that all (newcomers included) will know where the class meets. That will give class members a chance to become acquainted or re-acquainted (as the case may be) following their summer hiatus.

If you know of someone who might be more comfortable being invited to attend this first time with someone they know, just throw out the welcome towel, and invite them to attend with you. Everyone is encouraged, adults and youth alike, to extend the hand of Christian friendship to family, neighbors and friends.

What’s for Dinner?

How many times as parent do we hear that? Keeping up with busy schedules it’s hard to find time to make delicious, yet nutritious meals for our families. The third Monday of each month a “celebrity cook” will demonstrate and supply a new recipe with how to provide a main course that is easy to make, but also create multiple meals that can be frozen for future use.

Come join us at First Presbyterian Church, 300 Market Street, Warren in our
Fellowship Hall for a fun cooking class that will help you to answer the question…
