Youth Fellowship Group - Our goal for our youth is to provide a place where they can be mentored and grow in their understanding of God, their personal faith, and their commitment to being a Christian. This will be accomplished by providing activities and experiences that will encourage involvement in church life, social activities that foster acceptance, and congregational support that exhibits the worth of the youth in the church.

The youth have met and discussed what a meaningful plan is for the activities of this group. The current plan is to meet on the third Sunday of each month from 6:30-8:00 P.M. Members of the group will plan these gatherings. Some weeks will just be a time to “hang-out.” Others will be planned activities. The main goal at present is to make this group belong to the “youth.” The Presbyterian Youth Group (six-twelfth grades) meets in the Senior High Room located in the lower level of the church.

Youth are encouraged to volunteer in other programs in the life of the church such as

• The sharing Place
• Hope Tutoring Center
• Farmer’s Market
• Relay for Life
• Mission Trips
• Fundraisers that support Christian Education programming
• Vacation Bible School-Sport’s Camp
• Special Projects
